How It Runs

Your guide knows the eBike routes the cycling apps don't map — the paths along the city walls that put you level with the Alcázar towers before you've set foot inside. The morning is active without being strenuous; the electric assist handles the hills. After lunch, the pace drops to something closer to a wander.

Pickup 

Your Madrid hotel. A private driver collects you for the drive to Segovia.

Good to Know

  • Riders must be at least 1.35m (4'5") tall to join the eBike portion of the tour.

  • This private experience can be conducted in English or Spanish. Other languages upon request, subject to guide availability.

  • Led by an official licensed guide for the full day.

  • This is a set itinerary with room to adjust — pickup time and lunch length can flex around your plans.

  • An active day: hours of eBike riding over hilly terrain, plus walking through the Old Town and the Alcázar's towers and stairs. Comfortable shoes recommended; the electric assist keeps the ride manageable for riders without regular cycling experience.

  • Segovia sits higher than Madrid and is often several degrees cooler, especially during the morning eBike ride — pack a light layer outside the summer months.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled date (excluding monument/attraction tickets, which are non-refundable). An optional cancellation insurance is available during booking, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund (excluding tickets where applicable).

Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are fully refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price.
