Real Alcázar entry runs on timed slots that shift through the year. Your guide, accredited by Andalusia's tourism authority, books around them, which is why the stop order below can shift if a slot requires it. Once inside, the pace eases: a long walk through the Cathedral and Santa Cruz, nothing to catch, no headcount to keep to.

Board the AVE for the 2.5-hour ride to Seville, reaching speeds of up to 300 km/h.

Sevilla Santa Justa Station

Your guide meets you on arrival; a private transfer takes you into the historic center.

Real Alcázar: 

A royal palace still in use today, the Spanish royal family stays here on official visits to Seville. Your guide's Andalusia accreditation gets you past the general-admission line and straight into the Mudéjar courtyards and gardens.

Cathedral & Giralda

One of the largest cathedrals in the world, built over the site of the city's former mosque. Entry is pre-booked by your guide, so there's no separate ticket line here either. Climb the Giralda's ramped interior for the view across the Guadalquivir.

Return to Madrid

Board the AVE back to Atocha, arriving in the evening.

Good to Know

  • Passengers must carry the original passport or ID used for the booking, as railway operators may request identification before boarding.

  • The train journey is self-guided, detailed boarding instructions will be provided before departure.

  • Your guide will meet you upon arrival at Santa Justa station in Seville.

  • This private experience can be conducted in English or Spanish. Other languages upon request, subject to guide availability.

  • Customizable within the day's structure,pace and stop order adjust to your party; swapping in different sites or adding an overnight stay moves this into a tailor-made itinerary.

  • A walking day, expect several hours on foot across the Alcázar, Cathedral, the Giralda's ramped tower, and Santa Cruz's narrow lanes. Comfortable shoes recommended.

  • Seville runs several degrees hotter than Madrid, especially from May through September, light clothing and water are worth packing outside the cooler months.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled date (excluding monument/attraction tickets, which are non-refundable). An optional cancellation insurance is available during booking, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund (excluding tickets where applicable). Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are fully refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price.
