Madrid Private Tour: The Ultimate D.O. Ribera del Duero Winery Experience
A professional oenologist meets you at each of the two wineries — not a host reciting notes, someone who can answer what you actually ask about the Tempranillo in your glass.
A professional oenologist meets you at each of the two wineries — not a host reciting notes, someone who can answer what you actually ask about the Tempranillo in your glass.
A private day among the vineyards that made Tempranillo famous, with a professional oenologist guiding the tasting at each of two boutique wineries — plus free time in Peñafiel, under its medieval castle.
Most Ribera del Duero tours put one guide in charge of the whole day. This one puts a professional oenologist at each of the two wineries — a specialist for every tasting, not just for one, someone trained to answer why this Tempranillo tastes nothing like the one down the road, not just to name the vintage. You'll walk the vineyards, taste a minimum of three wines per cellar, and get free time in Peñafiel, the medieval town under its 10th-century castle, for lunch on your own.
Unrushed, and led by people who spend their own days exactly this way — glass in hand, one pour at a time.
A professional oenologist at each of the two wineries — not one guide reciting both, but a specialist on-site for every tasting.
Vineyard walkthroughs and a minimum of three wines per cellar, poured by the people who make them.
Peñafiel on your own terms — free time to explore the medieval town and its castle, with lunch wherever you choose.
Boutique, not industrial: wineries selected for what's in the glass, not for bus-tour capacity.
Private, climate-controlled transport door to door — no fixed group schedule, no shared coach.
A full day inside one of Spain's most consequential Denominaciones de Origen, with time built in to actually taste the difference.

A tip for your guide (not required, but if they earn it, they'll appreciate it)
A professional oenologist meets you at each of the two wineries, so the questions that would go unanswered on a standard tasting (why this soil, why this barrel, why this vintage) get a real answer on the spot. The day runs at a set but unhurried pace: two full winery visits, a long stretch of free time in between, and no rush back to Madrid.
