A family-run producer small enough that every decision shows up in the glass. A professional oenologist leads you through the cellars — tanks, barrels, the logic of each vintage. The questions you ask here get actual answers.

Through the vines — 4WD with a specialist viticulturist
Between estates you move through the landscape off-road, at a pace that lets you read the terrain. Your viticulturist explains what the Penedès produces and why — soil, altitude, harvest decisions. By the time you reach the second estate, the wine will mean something different.

Second estate — 200-year-old family cava house
The owner receives you personally — what gets opened, what gets said, how long you stay. Four Gran Reserva cavas poured alongside Catalan cured meats, aged cheeses, and tapas. You leave understanding the difference between cava made for volume and cava made with intention.
