Your Group, Designed Around You

A cycling club riding through the white villages of Andalusia. An alumni association following the Duero into Portugal. A group of women friends who have talked about Lisbon for years. Three generations celebrating an anniversary in Seville.

We start with who is coming and why. Then we build the days around them: the dates, the pace, the budget.

  • An itinerary written for your group, not adapted from a template
  • A dedicated team from the first call to the flight home
  • Hotels, transfers, guides and reservations, handled
  • A local contact for the group during the trip

What Our Groups Say

How It Works

Four steps, one team.
01
Step 1
Tell us about your group

Who is coming, when, and what the trip is for.
A few lines are enough to start.

02
Step 2
Talk it through with your advisor

One call to understand your group, your pace and what the trip should feel like.

03
Step 3
Receive your proposal

An itinerary and a price built from that call, adjusted until it fits.

04
Step 4
Travel with us

Our local team handles every transfer and reservation, and stays in touch with your group during the trip.

Seville's Alcázar, Cathedral and Giralda, which UNESCO lists as a single site. Córdoba's Mezquita and Jewish Quarter on the drive south. Then a full day was kept for the Alhambra: the Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife and the Alcazaba.

Cava tasted among the Penedès vines where it is made, reached by 4x4. Ribera del Duero on the road north. Then the Douro Valley by river, with lunch at a winery and no one in the group driving back to Porto. The same route can include a harvest morning in the Priorat or Rioja.

What Planners Ask Us First

How much planning do I have to handle?

Very little. You tell us who is coming, why, and what the group hopes to get from the days together. We take care of the rest: hotels, guides, transportation, reservations and every experience in the program. The first step is a call, followed by a proposal that is free and carries no obligation.

Can travelers with different paces or mobility needs travel together?

Yes. We plan walking distances, transfers and timing around the group, so no one has to keep up with a pace that isn’t theirs. Tell us about it in your first call, and where it makes sense, we can look at alternative activities for part of the group.

What about payment and cancellation terms?

Because every journey is built differently, payment and cancellation terms are set for each one, depending on the hotels, experiences and suppliers involved. Your advisor sets them out in writing before you pay a deposit, including what happens if one traveler has to cancel, so you know exactly where you stand before you commit.

Who do we contact during the trip?

Our local operations team knows your program from the first day of planning. You won’t be routed to a call center.

What size groups do you work with?

Our group programs start at 10 travelers. For smaller parties, our Tailor-Made journeys offer the same private planning for two or more.

What is included?

Hotels, private guides, transportation within Spain and Portugal, reservations, and every experience in the program. We don’t book international flights, but we build the program around your arrival and departure times and arrange your airport transfers.

How far in advance should we start planning?

There is no minimum, but the sooner we start, the more options stay open. The best hotels, private guides and special access book early, especially in spring and fall.

Do you work with travel advisors and agencies?

Yes. We design and operate group programs for travel professionals across Spain and Portugal. Commercial terms are agreed upon for each partnership.
