Welcome to Madrid, the lively heart of Spain! Take time to settle into your hotel and feel the city’s rhythm as you wander its grand boulevards, elegant plazas, and vibrant neighborhoods. As evening falls, Enjoy the true art of Tapeo in this 4.5-hour experience in which you will discover Spanish gastronomy from bar to bar visiting different neighborhoods. The tour will start at the San Miguel square, where we will move to La Latina, Cava Baja and Cuchilleros streets, most of the famous sites for Tapeo’; in there we will taste typical mushrooms or Padrón peppers.
Near the first stop, you will visit a picturesque unique boutique, where you will enjoy the essence of Spain by tasting a curated selection of ham and Iberian sausages, perfectly paired with quality wines, we will walk through the Plaza Mayor and Barrio de las Letras, where famous poets and artists spent the best years of
their lives.
Next to Huertas Street, our stop goes into an old but renovated bar (or “Casa de Comidas”), to taste Meat cheeks, known as “Carrilleras”with smashed potatoes and drinking a good wine, preferably red. The route continues walking through Plaza de Santa Ana and Spanish Theater, a lot of terraces in this area, and you will feel and be part of it. Our last tasting stop, deliver us a traditional Shrimp with Garlic served in terracotta or in a clay dish.
After several typical tastings, can you think of a better ending than going up to a terrace with excellent views of Madrid to enjoy a cava glass? Our journey takes us into the heart of the Picos de Europa National Park, one of Spain’s most breathtaking mountain regions. We begin by arriving in the charming town of Cangas de Onís, considered the gateway to the Picos de Europa and steeped in history and tradition.
From here, we enjoy a scenic ascent to the legendary Lakes of Covadonga, a place of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by dramatic peaks and lush green pastures. Upon arrival, we’ll take a gentle circular walk of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing time to fully appreciate the serene atmosphere, panoramic views, and pristine landscapes that make this area so special.
To complete the experience, you can choose between two fantastic foodie alternatives. One highlight option is the Cabrales Cheese Experience: dive into the tradition of one of Spain’s most iconic cheeses. Each traveler is allowed 1 personal item (36x27x15 cm), 1 cabin suitcase (55x35x25 cm), and 1 large suitcase (70x55x35 cm).
Confirmation Payment: 25% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Remaining Balance: 75% to be paid 60 days before the starting date.

Less than 2 months before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
Less than 1 month before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

Any modifications, name changes, or reductions in the number of participants must be communicated at least 30 days before the event.
For services involving space reservations and external providers, their specific change and cancellation terms will apply.
Accommodation will be provided at the designated hotel or at a similar property of equal quality.
Any decision to change the assigned accommodation will be agreed jointly once the trip is confirmed.
Local city taxes are not included and must be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
