Barcelona Private Tour: Paella & Sangría Cooking Workshop
Hands-on from the first sofrito to the socarrat crust that separates good paella from great. Not a demo you watch from a stool.

There's a difference between eating paella and understanding why it works. This workshop is built for the second: a professional kitchen in a classic Barcelona building, not a demo counter. A local chef guides the paella, Crema Catalana, and sangría. Lunch is what you made: paella, snacks, dessert, and the drinks that came with it. For travelers who'd rather cook than watch a guide point: something for the next family holiday, or to out-cook a friend at dinner, and a story better than "we watched a chef make it.
Cook, don't watch: work the seafood paella from raw sofrito to the crisp socarrat base
A full lunch is included: the paella you make becomes the meal, alongside Crema Catalana and traditional snacks
Crema Catalana taught properly: Catalonia's answer to crème brûlée, not a store-bought version
Set inside a classic Barcelona building, in a professional kitchen and dining room, not a rented demo space
Sangría mixed the way it's actually served, not poured from a jug
Wine, cava, beer, and soft drinks included with the meal. Nothing extra to order
Technique that transfers home, not a recipe card you'll lose
Private, hands-on cooking session with a professional chef
Seafood paella built from a proper sofrito base, plus Crema Catalana and sangría
Full lunch: the meal you cooked, served at the table
Drinks throughout: wine, cava, beer, soft drinks, water
A tip for your chef (not required, but if they earn it, they'll appreciate it)
The chef's job here is to get you cooking, not to put on a show. You're at the pan for the seafood paella, the Crema Catalana, and the sangría.
