Learn To Make Seafood Paella & Sangria
Most cooking classes hand you a recipe sheet and a wooden spoon. This isn’t that.
You work in a professional kitchen inside a historic Barcelona building, guided by a local chef who teaches the real method — not a simplified version for visitors.
Seafood paella, crema catalana and sangría made from scratch. You cook it. You eat it. You leave knowing how to do it again.
A private Barcelona cooking experience for groups of up to 6 guests, available year-round.
Cook a complete seafood paella from scratch in a private Barcelona kitchen session
Learn the technique behind crema catalana, the original Catalan custard dessert
Prepare and taste homemade Spanish sangría, properly balanced
Eat the full meal you cooked in a dining room inside a classic Barcelona building
Drinks throughout the session: wine, cava, beer, soft drinks, water
Fully private format — only your group, one chef, one kitchen
There’s a version of this where you watch someone cook and applaud at the end. This isn’t that version.
From the first minute, you’re at the stove. Your chef explains the logic behind a proper sofrito, the timing of the rice, and the socarrat — the toasted layer at the base of the pan that separates a correct paella from a rushed one.
You’ll understand why the same dish tastes different across Barcelona’s restaurants, and how to control the result yourself.
The kitchen is set inside a well-preserved classic Barcelona building in the city centre. The dining room where you sit down to eat carries the same character — a proper setting for a meal you actually made.
