Seville Private Tour: Cooking Class & Triana Market Experience
From the market stalls straight to the stove. Lunch is what you cook along the way.
From the market stalls straight to the stove. Lunch is what you cook along the way.
A hands-on Spanish cooking class with a professional Sevillian chef, three courses plus dessert, cooked from ingredients chosen that same morning at Mercado de Triana. Drinks included.
The ingredients for this lunch start as stalls at Mercado de Triana, not a tray waiting in the kitchen. You walk the market first , produce, spices, cured meats, before the kitchen takes over, turning what you picked into a full menu: three traditional dishes and a dessert, with dishes like salmorejo, tortilla española, and seafood paella typical of the lineup. Then you sit down to what you made, Spanish wine or other drinks alongside.
The class ends here. The cooking for friends back home doesn't.
Pick your own ingredients, a visit to Mercado de Triana before you cook a thing, so nothing on your plate is a mystery.
Hands-on, not hands-off: you do the cooking, which means the technique actually stays with you afterward.
A full menu to take home, not one recipe, three traditional dishes plus dessert, with plates like salmorejo, tortilla española, and seafood paella typical of the lineup.
The meal is served where you made it, no waiting for a table elsewhere, Spanish wine or other drinks included.
Everything you buy goes straight into the pan, a short walk from market to kitchen means nothing sits around losing freshness.
